Our Five Stage Process
Site Survey:
This initial stage involves us assessing the layout of the building or office space. We will identify the best routes for cables, any potential obstacles, and plan the cabling layout to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption to your business.
Choosing the Right Cables:
Depending on the network requirements, the appropriate type of cables (e.g. Cat6, Cat6a, Cat 7 or fibre optic) are selected. This decision is based on factors like bandwidth needs, future scalability, and the specific use. We will discuss your requirements and advise you on the most suitable cable for installation.
Installation:
The actual installation involves laying the cables, routing them through walls, ceilings, or conduits, and ensuring they are neatly organised. During this stage we will aim to minimise downtime and disruption to your business.
Testing:
Once the cables are installed, thorough testing is conducted to ensure everything is functioning correctly. This includes checking for connectivity, speed, and any potential issues.
Documentation & Maintenance:
Finally, detailed documentation of the cabling layout is created for future reference. Regular maintenance checks are scheduled to ensure the system remains efficient and any issues are promptly addressed to keep your network running at it’s best.
